If you need further assistance with the service then the best thing to do is to contact the Datapac technician directly following one of the methods outlined below. The IS Services Helpdesk can provide assistance in some cases, but do not have access to the Datapac systems in order to resolve issues with print accounts, payment and other similar items.

Email is the preferred method of contact as the Datapac technician can check the email while on the move. Emails received outside of the phone and office hours listed below will be answered first thing on the next business day.

The two Datapac technicians float between colleges, to arrange a “one to one” visit please call the above helpdesk, otherwise there are Information Stations at different times of the day, please see details below.
